Abstract |
Two new species of Munididae from the Jurassic, Juracrista perculta and Juracrista costaspinosa, are the oldest known members of the Munididae. This new discovery parallels the other galatheoid lineages, with the Galatheidae, Munidopsidae, and Porcellanidae all having roots in the Middle-Late Jurassic. |
