| Abstract |
According to the research, professionalism in oral presentation is one of the critical competencies lacking by recent college graduates. This skill is one of the four top career readiness competencies desired by business managers and executives as cited by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE). (NACE, 2019) To support this pressing need, the Advanced Professional Development course, a requirement for all business majors in the College of Business at Kent State University, is designed to help students acquire proficiency in professional presentation skills. Faculty teaching the course want to be able to provide an online video recording tool that can support this learning objective. Working with the lead faculty member, research will be conducted on the most popular available tools and make a recommendation of the one most suitable tool for this course. The study would encompass three (3) video presentation software applications namely 1) GoReact, 2) Kaltura Capture, and 3) Pitch Advantage.
