Kent State University's presence in the Canton area (refered to as the "Canton Center") starts to become a permanent reality as construction begins at its future home. Signs along Frank Rd. indicate the boundaries for the campus. The Center offers five health and physical education (HPE) classes on Saturday mornings, including volleyball, folk dancing, archery, and bowling.
