Trends in Diversity is an open-accessed, themed journal that provides a platform for intellectual dialogue and exploration of emerging and transformative issues of equity, inclusiveness and diversity in higher education. As such, Trends in Diversity seeks contributions of robust critical analyses that address the engagement and participation for traditionally marginalized populations in higher education including but not limited to the following areas: race, class, gender, sexual identity and expression, ethnicity, policy, administration, and economics.
